Helpful staff made check-in easy.

During my stay, I faced several frustrating issues. The elevator was broken, which was a significant problem since my mother uses a walker, leaving us to climb up to the fourth floor. Additionally, my requests for room cleaning were ignored even after reaching out to the front desk, which was highly disappointing. Overall, I felt neglected and uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the pleasant and hardworking breakfast crew, which added a nice touch to the morning. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, especially regarding egg choices, and the pool being closed was a disappointment. Additionally, a friend experienced significant issues with room requests, stating that the substitute room smelled of cigarettes, which was quite off-putting.

Had a nice night here. The staff were super chill and helpful, and our room was really clean and comfy. Breakfast had a good variety of food, especially those biscuits! Just wish the pool was open on Mondays. it was a bummer since we were looking forward to that.
